Hello readers :) my today's post is not at all spooky as the title is sounding :P it's about fading innocence and how growing up changes us.When we are kids we are different individual we are naive, super friendly , always happy go lucky types but as we grow up we learn that we have to maintain distance from certain people as there are BAD people in this world too we have to take care of ourselves on our own we have to choose our company wisely etc etc all these changes are sometime hard to handle as they say growing up is not so easy in all these changes we always need guidance and love and most of all we must inculcate the habit of having patience with others and with ourselves too.
Now talking about fading innocence it can be understood in two ways that how children today are loosing their innocence because of our world famous idiot box TELEVISION children see irrelevant things from it and ape it (as children are monkeys :P just kidding) my mom says children are like blank paper they will become whatever they are taught . In my neighborhood there is a little girl who comes to play with me every evening I have noticed that she talks about things which are above her age and sometimes while talking to her even I feel I am talking to an adult she shows very less signs of innocence this is saddening these people should play outside should enjoy a happy childhood instead of replicating what's there in that idiot box and even nuclear family system sometimes affect them and they get glued to television I am not an ardent supporter of joint family system as it has it's own disadvantages but if possible children should be with friends or family more than that idiot box which rarely tells what's right or wrong .
The second way to understand fading innocence is observing teens they learn mean things and want to be deemed as cool all these leads to the much discussed vicious circle of peer pressure which snatches the simplicity and innocence of an individual and all these even leads to depression and anxiety in teens .The feeling of unnecessary hatred ,comparisons ,attention seeking behavior arises due to this. The team spirit ,the will to do something good for the society all these are ignored above all the innocence is lost .
Certain changes are required to save these burning dolls from loosing their innocence before it's too late .
